Stretch Your Rib Cage and Back with Your Breathing

Here’s a nice and simple breathing exercise to add to your current diaphragm breathing exercise, or to help free up those tight spots in the back, chest and ribs. It ‘s really simple and can be used anywhere at anytime. Try taking a deep breath in to start with, can you feel any tight spots in the chest, abdomen or back ? You can focus your breath to stretch certain areas so that you feel freer and easier, or you can use this as a scanning tool to make sure you’re feeling nice, easy and even around the rib cage and back.
