Ankle, knee and hip strength, balance and stability exercise

This exercise video could help you if you’re;

  • recovering from an injury to the ankle
  • keep rolling your ankle
  • feel like the ankle is not particularly strong
  • would like to improve your balance and performance
  • are experiencing symptoms or aches, pains and weakness around the ankle knee or hip

Balance and strength are important in the lower limb in supporting your body while you move around to feel secure, powerful and balanced in all activities. We never really notice how much work our limbs do until we start to get pain or feel weak, this exercise may help you alongside your treatment and rehab program to rebuild strength, stability and balance.
